WHAT IS MEDIATION Mediation is a popular form of alternative dispute resolution used in nearly every industry and area of life, it is a process by which resolution to disputes are achieved. Mediation is low cost, fast, flexible and convenient. In the mediation process, a neutral party facilitates communication between disputed parties and assist them in making reality check of their position, interest and risk and help them generate options and creative solutions so that they may reach a decision on their case rather than having a judge decide it for them in court.
